Growing up, I was always fascinated by the deep-rooted culinary heritage of India, especially the art of slow-cooked biryani. I wanted to create something special—something that blends authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and time-honored cooking methods to deliver a truly unforgettable experience. That’s how Patna Biryani was born.
